THERAWAVE is a complementary therapy based on principles of complementary medicine not recognized by conventional medicine. It is crucial to understand that:  

a) This service does not replace professional medical consultations, diagnoses, treatments, or follow-ups.  

b) Bioresonance sessions must not be considered a substitute for any prescribed medical treatment.  

c) For health-related questions or concerns, you must consult a qualified healthcare professional.  

d) If symptoms persist or you have doubts about your health, discontinue THERAWAVE and consult your doctor immediately.  

e) THERAWAVE does not provide recommendations regarding modification or discontinuation of ongoing medical treatments.  

By using this service, you acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted that THERAWAVE is a complementary approach, not a replacement for conventional medicine.  

Bioresonance is an alternative therapeutic approach not based on scientific principles recognized by mainstream medicine. It is important to understand that:  

a) Bioresonance relies on energetic and vibrational concepts unvalidated by the scientific community.  

b) Effects may vary significantly between individuals and may be influenced by psychological factors such as the placebo effect.  

c) This approach does not replace conventional medical treatments and must not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent diseases.  

d) This service carries no guarantee of results.  

By choosing to use our bioresonance services, you acknowledge being informed of its alternative nature and agree to use it as a complement—not a replacement—for traditional medical care.  

Information collected through this form is processed by ME Group Switzerland (Office Zunstrasse 11, 8152 Glattbrugg, Switzerland) to provide personalized bioresonance services and improve wellness. The legal basis for processing is consent.  

Data will be shared only with:  
- Authorized ME Group personnel  
- Subcontractors, suppliers, and co-controllers involved in data processing  

Data is retained for 3 years from your last service use.  

You may access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing of your data.
You may access your personal data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. You may also object to the processing of your data and exercise your right to data portability.
